NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HELD ON JUNE 8TH, 2015 AND OF THE NEW COMPANY’S ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
Venezia - Mestre – OVS S.p.A. announces that as of today the Minutes of the Board of Directors held on June 8th, 2015 and the new Company’s Articles of Association, amended pursuant to the resolutions regarding the exercise of the power to increase the share capital, granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on May 26th, 2015, have been made available at the Company’s registered offices in Venezia-Mestre, at Via Terraglio no. 17, and at the Company’s website (www.ovscorporate.it, section Governance) as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information “1Info” at www.1info.it.
