OVS ACQUIRES THE BRAND LES COPAINS

Venice, 27th July 2022 - OVS SpA announces the acquisition of the brand Les Copains, an Italian historic brand that made a name for itself between the 70s and 90s and became well-known among the young public for its iconic striped mini-pulls and cool woolen jackets.

The acquisition of the brand is part of OVS Group's strategy to strengthen its product development and distribution platform, with the aim of widening its audience and being closer to the different lifestyles of its customers.

The Les Copains collection will be sold in one of the group's chains.
