Notice of publication of the minutes of the Shareholders’ Meeting held on May 26, 2015 and of the new Company's Articles of Association
Venezia-Mestre, June 5, 2015 – OVS S.p.A. announces that as of today the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on May 26,2015 and the new Company's Articles ofAssociation, amended persuant to the resolution of the above-mentioned Shareholders' Meeting, have been made available to the public and the Company's registered offices in Venezia-Mestre, at Via Terraglio no.17, and at the Company’s website www.ovscorporate.it, in the section “Governance/Shareholders’ Meeting”, as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information “1Info” at www.1info.it.
