In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 39 of 27 January 2010 as subsequently amended, on 31 May 2022, OVS S.p.A. appointed the auditing firm KPMG S.p.A. to carry out the audit of the Company's financial statements for the years between 2023 and 2031.
